Starting February 5, New 1-Step and 2-Step challenge accounts will no longer be eligible for a challenge fee refund on the first payout.

Previously, the challenge fee was refunded once a trader received their first payout. Under the updated policy, no refund will be issued for New 1-Step and 2-Step accounts purchased on or after February 5, even after successfully passing the challenge and receiving a payout.

• Only 1-Step and 2-Step accounts purchased before February 5, 2026 are eligible for a challenge fee refund.
• Instant Funding and Instant PRIME accounts do not include a challenge fee refund.
• Apart from the refund conditions mentioned above, we have a strict no refund policy.
• The minimum payout requirement is 2% of the initial balance.
