How XP and Levels Work
This article explains everything about earning XP and moving up Levels in the Top One Loyalty Program.
What is XP?
XP stands for "Experience Points." Every time you take an action on your account (like passing a challenge, making a purchase, or getting a payout) you earn a small amount of XP. XP adds up over time and never expires.
What are Levels?
Once you collect enough XP, you automatically move up to the next Level. There are 5 Levels in total. Each Level unlocks better rewards than the one before it, and you keep everything from lower Levels as you climb.
How do I earn XP?
XP is earned automatically through everyday actions across five categories:
- Purchases
- buying accounts, activating your NOVA account
- Account Events
- passing or breaching challenges
- Payouts
- receiving withdrawals
- Competitions
- entering or placing in competitions
- Custom Actions
- KYC verification, profitable trading day streaks

Does XP ever expire?
No. Once you earn XP, it's yours to keep. Your XP total and your Level never reset or expire.
Do I need to claim my XP?
For most actions, XP is added automatically as soon as you complete them. A small number of actions (like completing KYC verification, or hitting a profitable trading days streak) require you to message Support so we can verify the achievement before adding your XP.
What happens when I reach a new Level?
You'll be notified when you level up, and your new benefits (profit share boosts, higher payout caps, vouchers, and more) apply automatically from that point on.
