How do I enter a competition?

1. Go to the Competitions page.
2. Choose an active competition.
3. Click "Enter" and follow the steps to join.

How do I check my competition ranking?

Your live ranking is shown on the competition's leaderboard while it's active, and your final placement is shown once it ends.

What are Discord Ranks?

Each Loyalty Level comes with a matching Discord Rank, giving you a visible badge in our community that shows off your progress.

How do I get my Discord Rank?

1. Join our official Discord server.
2. share your account number with a moderator and a screenshot of your rank
3. wait patiently for our team to verify and update your rank! :D

Does my rank update automatically?

No. As soon as you level up on the platform, you can request your new Discord Rank In Discord by simply sharing your account number and letting our team know! Give it a few minutes and watch your level upgrade!.

2. Get your account instantly and find your details in your inbox!

Giveaway Entries

Your giveaway entries are added automatically each month based on your current Level. No claiming needed, just make sure you're opted into the monthly giveaway.

Rewards you need to claim:

Lifetime Discount (Level 5 only)

Once you reach Level 5 (Master), your 5% lifetime discount is applied automatically to all future purchases and can be combined with other discounts.

What is XP?

XP stands for "Experience Points." Every time you take an action on your account (like passing a challenge, making a purchase, or getting a payout) you earn a small amount of XP. XP adds up over time and never expires.

What are Levels?

Once you collect enough XP, you automatically move up to the next Level. There are 5 Levels in total. Each Level unlocks better rewards than the one before it, and you keep everything from lower Levels as you climb.

How do I earn XP?

XP is earned automatically through everyday actions across five categories:

Purchases

buying accounts, activating your NOVA account

Account Events

passing or breaching challenges

Payouts

receiving withdrawals

Competitions

entering or placing in competitions

Custom Actions

KYC verification, profitable trading day streaks

Does XP ever expire?

No. Once you earn XP, it's yours to keep. Your XP total and your Level never reset or expire.

Do I need to claim my XP?

What happens when I reach a new Level?

You'll be notified when you level up, and your new benefits (profit share boosts, higher payout caps, vouchers, and more) apply automatically from that point on.

What is the Top One Loyalty Program?

The Top One Loyalty Program is our way of saying thank you to loyal traders. As you trade, take on challenges, and reach milestones with us, you earn XP (short for "Experience Points"). The more XP you collect, the higher your Level. Each new Level unlocks better rewards, things like bigger profit shares, bigger drawdown levels, store vouchers, free accounts, and more.

Think of it like a loyalty card, but instead of stamps, you collect XP.

How do I earn XP?

You earn XP automatically by doing things you're probably already doing: buying accounts, trading, passing challenges, getting payouts, and joining competitions.

A few other ways to earn XP

There are many more ways to earn XP beyond purchases. Here are some examples:

You don't need to sign up for XP or track it yourself. It's added to your account automatically once you complete an action. A few actions (like completing KYC verification, or the profitable trading days challenge) require you to reach out to our Support Team to confirm, so we can add your XP after we verify it.

How many Levels are there, and how much XP do I need?

There are 5 Levels. As your XP grows, you move up automatically. No need to apply or ask.

What do I get at each Level?

Here's everything unlocked at each Level. Each new Level includes everything from the Levels before it, plus the new benefits below.

What do these benefits actually mean?

We know some of these terms can sound technical, so here's a simple explanation of each one:

Profit Share Boost

An extra percentage added on top of your normal profit share, so you keep more of what you earn.

Profit Target Reduction

Lowers the profit percentage you need to hit to pass a challenge, making it a little easier to pass.

Scaling Boost

Increases how much your account size can grow when you qualify for scaling.

Stop-Loss (SL) Add-on Included

The Stop-Loss add-on is included on all your future accounts at no extra cost!

Daily Loss Buffer

Extra breathing room added to your daily loss limit, so small dips are less likely to breach your account.

Max Loss Buffer

Extra breathing room added to your overall maximum loss limit.

Monthly Payout Cap

The most money you're able to withdraw in a single month. The base payout cap is $25,000 per month, and it increases as you climb the Loyalty Levels!

Cash Credit you can use in our store.

Giveaway Entries

Entries into our monthly giveaway. The more you have, the better your odds of winning.

How do I check my current Level and XP?

Log in to your Top One Trader dashboard and click the "Rewards" tab on the left hand side. Your current Level and XP will be right at the top of the screen.

Do I need to do anything to claim my rewards?

Do my Level and XP ever expire or reset?

No. Once you earn XP and reach a Level, it's yours to keep. Your XP and Level do not expire or reset. Even if you come back after a break, you're ready to get back at it!

Who can join the Loyalty Program?

All of our clients are automatically enrolled in the Loyalty Program. There's nothing extra you need to sign up for.
